Fruit Swag
As part of Kaltura's commitment to the environment I pitched "New employee" swag that produces almost zero waste: A cotton fruit bag full of branded fruits. Furthermore, adding a compost waste bin creates a whole new swag experience (made of recycled plastic, of course). Unique employee swag is a great way to get people talking about your brand and increase brand awareness. Since fruit is seasonal, this allows the opportunity to create new swag year round.
Marketing Snacks
Many of Kaltura's products are aimed at marketeers and they all revolve around video solutions. Since snacking goes hand in hand with watching videos, I suggested we give out marketing themed snacks either as swag at conferences or organize viewing parties for our big online events and hand them out there. The snacks are centered around marketing terms and puns and meant to create a buzz surrounding our company. And all can be washed down with out marketing juice :)
